Babcock delivers multi-platform video on demand (VoD) service for Eurostar
Eurostar passengers on the recently launched fleet of state-of-the-art e320 trains can now enjoy access to a wide range of films and television shows streamed direct to travellers' own mobile devices - tablets, laptops and phones.
The service, provided by GoMedia, utilises Babcock's multi-platform television distribution offering to add subtitles, encode and encrypt the content, and then distribute it directly into Eurostar trains.
We chose to work with Babcock because we knew that their expertise in delivering video content to multiple platforms was exactly what this project needed.
